This page sets out the complete terms for using the rajee platform. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the platform.
Introduction & Applicability
1. General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rajee online gaming platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rajee.
By registering on the rajee platform or using the services in any way, you are deemed to have fully accepted all the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
All rajee services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
2. Scope of Services
rajee provides the following services:

3. Account Opening Conditions
The following conditions must be met to open and maintain an account with rajee:

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify rajee customer support immediately. rajee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless caused by rajee's own negligence.
5. Account Suspension or Closure
rajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Any breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or dishonest conduct
- Operating multiple accounts
- Providing false or misleading information
- Abuse of the bonus system
- Political or legal reasons that could put rajee at risk
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
6. Deposit Rules
The following mobile payment methods can be used to deposit funds with rajee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposited funds are generally processed quickly.
Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your rajee account. Payments via third parties are not accepted.
7. Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
rajee reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal may be delayed or cancelled if the required verification documents are not submitted.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Withdrawals will only be sent back via the method used to deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
8. Fraud & Suspicious Transactions
rajee monitors all transactions at all times. If any transaction appears suspicious, rajee reserves the right to place that transaction on hold or freeze the associated balance until an investigation is completed.
If an account is suspected of involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
9. Welcome Bonus
rajee offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000.
For example:
- If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
- If you deposit ৳10,000 you will receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳18,000.
This bonus applies once only, on a player's first deposit.
10. Wagering Conditions
A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies to bonus funds only — not to the deposit.
Once wagering is completed, bonus winnings convert to the regular balance and become withdrawable.
11. General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus applies once per person, household, device, or IP address.
- rajee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
- If a bonus is misused or its conditions are breached, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Certain games may be ineligible for bonus wagering. A list of eligible games will be provided with each bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
Gaming & Betting Rules
12. Game Rules
Each game on rajee has its own rules, which can be found on the relevant game page or within the game interface. In the event of any technical issue or dispute, rajee's server logs will be treated as the definitive source of information.
If a technical problem occurs during gameplay, affected bets may be voided and the staked amount refunded. Under no circumstances will rajee be liable for hypothetical winnings arising from a technical error.
13. Sports Betting
The following applies to sports betting:
- If odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance will apply.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- If a technical issue causes an error in an event result, rajee reserves the right to review the bet.
- rajee reserves the right to suspend winnings or open an investigation in the case of suspicious or unusual betting.
14. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Bonus arbitrage or systematic abuse of the bonus system
- Playing using software bots or automated methods
- Using unauthorised software to influence game outcomes
- Colluding with other players to gain an advantage
- Hacking, spreading viruses, or distributing any other harmful code
- Playing games or managing an account on behalf of a minor
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program & Rewards
15. VIP Tiers & Benefits
rajee's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and relationship with the platform. rajee reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
16. Cashback & Rewards Conditions
An account must be active and verified to receive VIP rewards and cashback. Rewards are generally paid out according to a set schedule. rajee bonus terms and conditions may also apply to VIP reward funds.
Privacy, Security & Liability
17. Personal Data Protection

18. Limitation of Liability
rajee will not be liable for:
- Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection
- Technical errors in third-party game software
- Loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence
- Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or natural disasters
In all circumstances, rajee's maximum liability to you will be equal to the amount you deposited in that specific transaction.
19. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact rajee customer support first. Most issues can be resolved directly. If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, both parties will attempt to settle the matter through mediation.
Server logs, transaction history, and game records will be treated as definitive evidence in the event of a dispute.
